1. EMERGENCY SERVICE RATES

1.1 Definition: "Emergency Service" means work requested outside normal business hours (Mon–Fri 8 a.m.–5 p.m.), including weekends, holidays, or same-day responses.

1.2 Rate Schedule:

• After-Hours Diagnostic Fee: $250 minimum (includes first hour)

• Hourly Rate After First Hour: Standard rate x1.5

• Holiday or Holiday-Eve Rate: Standard rate x2

• Material Pickup/Delivery Surcharge: $75 (flat)

1.3 Scheduling Priority: Life-safety situations take priority; all others handled in order received.

1.4 Payment: Emergency work under $500 must be paid in full at time of service by approved method (cash, card, or Zelle).

2. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED FIXTURES & MATERIALS

2.1 Acceptance of Client-supplied materials is at GT Power LLC's discretion and does not imply warranty or code compliance.

2.2 No warranty applies to Client-supplied items or labor related to their failure.

2.3 Client warrants that all materials are new, compatible, and code-compliant.

2.4 Defective or incompatible materials requiring return visits are billed at standard rates.

2.5 GT Power LLC is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to Client-supplied materials stored on site.

3. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

3.1 Standard workmanship warranty excludes damage caused by power surges, lightning, utility fluctuations, acts of God, misuse, third-party work, or normal wear.

3.2 Customer-supplied equipment and fixtures are excluded.

3.3 Warranty repairs are performed during regular hours only; after-hours requests are billed at emergency rates.

4. PHOTOGRAPHY, DOCUMENTATION & MARKETING RIGHTS

4.1 GT Power LLC may photograph or record work for documentation, insurance, training, and marketing.

4.2 Photos exclude personal identifiers and may be used for portfolios or social media to demonstrate craftsmanship and code compliance.

4.3 All photos and videos remain property of GT Power LLC.

4.4 Opt-Out Option: Client may initial below to withhold marketing use (insurance documentation still retained).

5. ADDITIONAL TERMS

5.1 Parking & Access: Client shall provide safe parking and clear access; parking fees or delays are billable.

5.2 Utility Interruption: Temporary power loss may occur during work. GT Power LLC is not liable for incidental loss due to interruption.

5.3 Pre-Existing Conditions: GT Power LLC is not responsible for pre-existing code violations or unsafe wiring found during service. Corrections will be quoted separately.

5.4 Trip Fees: Missed appointments or denied access incur a minimum $150 fee or actual time incurred.

6. ZELLE PAYMENT OPTION (Amendment)

6.1 GT Power LLC accepts payments via Zelle for Client convenience.

6.2 Payments should be sent to 928-278-0981.

6.3 A Zelle transfer constitutes an authorized electronic payment and is considered received in full once GT Power LLC receives confirmation of deposit.

6.4 GT Power LLC is not responsible for errors, delays, or failed transfers caused by the Zelle platform or Client's bank.

6.5 All Zelle payments are subject to the same due dates, late fees, and terms contained in the governing Agreement.
