These Terms of Service govern your use of GT Power's website and services. By requesting, scheduling, or receiving services from GT Power, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting, scheduling, or receiving services from GT Power, you ("Client") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
2. Services Provided
GT Power provides professional electrical contracting services, including but not limited to installation, repair, inspection, and maintenance of electrical systems. All services will be performed in compliance with applicable laws, codes, and industry standards.
3. Estimates & Pricing
• Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time and may change if additional work is required.
• Pricing is subject to materials, labor, permits, and other factors.
• Any changes in scope or unexpected conditions may result in additional charges, which will be communicated to the Client before work continues.
4. Payment Terms
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• GT Power accepts checks, credit card, debit card, Zelle, cash, and PayPal.
• Late payments may be subject to fees or interest as allowed by law. Up to 10% of the overall bill every month it is late.
• Failure to pay may result in collection efforts and suspension of future services.
5. Scheduling & Cancellations
• Appointment times are estimates and may be adjusted based on project needs.
• Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Missed appointments without proper notice may result in a service fee.
6. Warranties & Liability
• GT Power warrants its labor for 2 years from the completion date. Manufacturer warranties on materials apply as provided by the manufacturer.
• GT Power is not responsible for pre-existing issues, code violations, or damages caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations.
• Liability is limited to the cost of services provided. GT Power is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Permits & Approvals
Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals unless GT Power agrees in writing to secure them on the Client's behalf.
8. Safety & Access
Clients must ensure a safe working environment and provide reasonable access to the property, electrical panels, and other necessary areas.
9. Termination of Services
GT Power reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if unsafe conditions, illegal activities, or nonpayment are involved.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate state or county court.
11. Updates to Terms
GT Power may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available at www.gtpower.solar. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
